Human Resources Assistant (HRA)

Responsibilities

LEL Home Services, LLC (LEL) is looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter passionate about helping others to join our family as a Human Resources Assistant (HRA). This role is responsible for serving as a friendly and resourceful primary contact in the Human Resources (HR) department for new-hires and existing staff. This position will provide administrative support for HR including HRIS, recordkeeping (electronically), scheduling training, auditing records, and responding to inquiries from staff and administrators.

Qualifications

High School diploma/GED required, and one year of office and/or clerical (HR) experience preferred. Additional requirements include proficiency with Microsoft Office software and utilizing social media, as well as excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and creative skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, work efficiently, prioritize, problem-solve, and handle sensitive information and situations with tact and discretion. Experience with Adobe creative suite preferred.
